The Power of Pause: A 4-Week Journey to Calm & Clarity

In a world that moves fast, “The Power of Pause” invites you to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

This 4-week yoga and breathwork series is designed to nourish your nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and support emotional resilience. Through gentle movement, intentional pauses, and powerful breathwork techniques, you’ll learn to soften into stillness, reset from stress, and reclaim clarity.

Each session blends breath-led yoga, simple yet powerful pranayama (breathing practices), and reflective stillness – perfect for anyone feeling overstimulated, burnt out, or simply seeking a deeper connection to their inner calm.

No prior experience is needed. Just bring your breath and your willingness to pause.

About your Host:
Shalini Thyagaraja helps people find balance and connect their mind and body through her company, Mind Space. With over 20 years in corporate leadership, she is a Director at a global tech company, leading teams and driving innovation. Immigrating to the U.S. at 19, Shalini’s journey is one of resilience and purpose. She is certified in yoga, meditation, breathwork, Reiki, and health coaching, and has guided many on their wellness paths. A speaker, mentor, and podcast host, Shalini also inspired her daughters to start a nonprofit that has raised over $20,000 for youth causes and gained media attention. She inspires others to live with confidence, focus, and heart.
