I have a vision to empower individuals to tap into their inner compass and deepen their mind body connections. Through personalized guidance and transformative practices, Mind Space aims to be the catalyst for a more fulfilled, balanced, and purposeful life.
Currently working as a Director in one of the world's leading technology company, with experience in various domains leading high functional teams for over 20+ years, I have managed to prioritize time to explore personal growth and fulfillment interests related to community service, empowering women, art, spirituality, health and wellness in addition to raising two girls! My certification trainings include Trauma Informed Yoga, Reiki, IIN Health Coaching and Meditation. Follow me for more here.
I have taught yoga to over 100+ teens, adults and seniors and helped fundraise over $1000 to nonprofits. As a coach to my teenage daughters' nonprofit projects, they have fundraised over $20,000 and volunteered over 1000+ hours with various nonprofits in the community and recognized by our City and State officials, featured on news channels, several media including the Wall Street Journal.
Personal Philosophy: As I strive to live each day purposefully and wholeheartedly filling it with gratitude, I strongly believe in lifting others as I climb with a desire to leave this world better than I found it.

Getting Unstuck (1:1 sessions)
This class is for Individuals who are unsure where to begin and would like to discuss options to get started on a holistic wellness journey. You could be experiencing trauma, grief or simply wanting to get into a wellness practice. You could also be in Corporate Tech and want career advice as a Program Manager.
