About Me

Shalini Thyagaraja empowers individuals to connect with their inner compass and nurture a mind-body connection. Through her company, Mind Space, she inspires balanced, purposeful living with personalized guidance and transformative practices.

With over 20 years of corporate leadership, Shalini serves as a Director at a leading global tech company, driving innovation and leading high-performing teams. An immigrant to the U.S. at the age of 19 with two suitcases and a dream, she navigated a new culture with resilience, achieving financial independence and career success while discovering her purpose.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Shalini is committed to personal growth and community impact. A strong advocate for women’s empowerment and wellness, she actively supports meaningful causes while raising her two daughters.

Certified in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Reiki, and as an IIN Health Coach, Shalini has shared her expertise with over 100 individuals. Her efforts have raised $1,000+ for nonprofits. As a Marquis Who's Who Honored Listee, mentor and career coach, she has guided many to achieve their aspirations, fostering confidence and growth.
